Jerry Bowman has over 20 years of experience in retail management, including leading a $200 million division of a major mass retailer.
After a successful corporate career, Bowman transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding and leading businesses across industries such as education, manufacturing, and technology.

Bowman later became CEO of a global nonprofit ministry addressing poverty in 30 countries, gaining extensive experience in humanitarian leadership.
A dedicated advocate for both business and social impact, Bowman has served on numerous for-profit and nonprofit boards.
Recently, Bowman came out of retirement to launch a new nonprofit focused on providing short-term financial assistance to individuals facing homelessness, addiction, or mental health challenges—helping them bridge the gap to long-term, holistic support.

Accomplished and respected educator. Jeff was a teacher and school principal over a 39-year period for the Cartwright School District. Jeff earned his doctorate degree in Educational Leadership. Jeff also spent 27 years teaching part-time at university level Taught Masters Degree. Universities where he taught include Nova Southeastern University, University of Phoenix, Grand Canyon University and Northern Arizona University. He and his wife, Teri, enjoy short term mission trips sharing the gospel.

As an agency owner, active insurance producer for over 38 years, teacher of Agency Operations for insurance producers as continuing education, with a strong insurance and human resource background, David Mitchell has experience to draw on as he reviews cases and renders opinions. David has consulted on over 60 cases as an insurance consultant and/or expert witness. A list of cases is available upon request. The cases have involved standard of care and coverage issues. David has written reports and testified as both a plaintiff and defense expert witness. In addition, he has both deposition and trial experience.

David is extremely charitable in our surrounding communities. He is a contributor to the annual Hometown Christmas Parade that raises funds for Hope for Hunger. He is a wonderful sponsor for Vitalant Blood Donations as well as Teen Challenge. These are just a few of the many contributions David has given monetarily or with his time.

He was the Pastor of Higher Praise Church in Glendale, Arizona for over 7 years. He was the Founder of Impact One United a Community Development Corporation. Stuart also created the CPASS (Career Paths and Success Strategies) program that provides high school students with the opportunity to learn tools for accomplishing short and long-term goals from successful professionals in the community.

Larry Yancy is an accomplished foodservice leader in corporate businesses with over 40 years experience at Shamrock Foods Co (26 years), Kraft Foods (5 years), and LBJ Inst Supply (14 years) specializing in building high performance teams and individuals while building strong character.

Larry Yancy is currently serving on Shamrock Foods Board and the non-profit Arizona Justice Center. Larry has served on various church boards for several years, the non-profit boards OLAM, ReEntry Community of Hope and Stetson HOA.
Larry coached youth football (23 years) basketball and softball and loves to work with the youth of our community. Larry is committed to Jesus Christ, his family, our US constitution and our communities in which we are privileged to serve.
