Did you know you can choose where your Arizona tax dollars go?
Don’t just pay your taxes—put them to work by turning your taxes into hope, justice and real change!
Make an Arizona Tax Credit gift to the Arizona Justice Center (QCO code: 20835)
When you make a donation to the Arizona Justice Center through the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit, you’re not giving extra money – you’re redirecting money you already owe in state taxes.
Instead of paying those dollars into the general fund, you can give them directly to a cause you believe in.
For example, we can donate up to $987 for the 2025 tax year—or $1,009 for 2026—as a married couple filing jointly and receive a dollar-for-dollar credit on our Arizona taxes. If we’ve already paid through paycheck withholding, this donation can reduce what we owe—or even increase our refund.
And if you don’t use the full credit this year, it carries forward. You don’t lose it.
So, before you file, choose where your tax dollars go.

Arizona Justice Center – Giving That Brings Hope!
Every day in our community, someone is struggling to be seen…
a homeless neighbor, a veteran, a senior, a family simply trying to get back on their feet.
At the Arizona Justice Center, we give people hope to take that first step forward.
Through compassionate, community-centered support, we provide legal consultations, shelter
and housing navigation, assistance with SNAP applications, a safe mail drop for individuals
without an address, and when available we have a legal advocate to represent an individual
in Court proceedings regarding landlord tenant issues.
And through collaboration with community partners like the Homeless ID Project, we help
individuals obtain a state ID, which is often the very first and most critical step toward
employment, housing, and stability.
This work happens because people like you choose to give.
The Arizona Justice Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and an Arizona Qualified Charitable
Organization. That means your donation qualifies for the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit.
Your generosity helps someone rebuild their life today — and when you file your Arizona taxes,
you may receive that amount back as a tax credit.
The AZ Charitable Tax Credit allows you to direct your tax dollars to Qualifying
Charities. Each dollar donated reduces your owed tax amount.
Use the AZ Charitable Tax Credit designation to reduce your state tax obligation!
And supporting the Arizona Justice Center does not take away from other causes you care
about — like schools, foster care organizations, or other charities. It simply expands the
difference you can make in our community.
If you’ve ever wanted your giving to go further, this is your moment.
